Quora’s a hugely popular site, with many thousands of visitors a day. It’s worth having a presence there. Spend a few minutes browsing, then answer a question, or ask a question of your own.
10. Comment on a Blog Post
Anytime you’ve got a few minutes, spend them reading blog posts in your areas of interest, and make comments.
Bookmark any blog posts on which you want to comment, so you can go directly to a post whenever you’ve got a spare couple of minutes.
